Get shareable link #
1. Go to the Channel content on Your YouTube Studio. Next to the applicable video in YouTube press the “…” and then Get shareable link the link will then be copied.

2. Go to bloodsa.org.za and log into the admin domain.
Add video #
3. Once logged in, navigate to the black top menu bar, click on New and then Video.
4. The following display will open. Add the title in format dd mm YYyy Session Title.

5. Click on the “blue plus sign” in the top left corner.
6. In search, type in “ Presto” and select that element.
7. Once Presto is active, select “YouTube” in the Presto field.
8. Once YouTube is selected, insert the YouTube video link copied in step 1 in the field highlighted below.
9. On the right side menu, be sure that “ Auto-play” is selected.
10. Once done, select “Done Editing”
11. Scroll down until you see the Disease Category Block and Resource Type block on the right-hand side.
12. In the Disease Category, Scroll down and tick the applicable box for this specific session. The example session was an ethics session. In the Resource Type, start typing ‘deep dive’ and click on the Haem Deep Dive option and then Add.
13. Add a featured image, the same as the thumbnail image
14. When the “Featured Image” appears, the content has been processed. At the top you will find the heading “Publish” in a box [default attribute = Immediately], ensure this has the same date as the Videos title.
Once the publish date has been set, you may click the blue “Publish” button to make the video live on the website.
