Note: Ensure you have followed the “Attaching Event Posts to Newsletter – Haem Deep Dive” process before scheduling the automated newsletter.
Note: If there are no new events, the newsletter will not be sent.
To change the schedule of the automated email newsletter, follow these steps:
Access the Newsletter Settings #
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Hover over Newsletter, then click on Automated.
Configure the Email Newsletter Template #
- Find the email newsletter template you want to schedule (e.g., Monday/Friday).
- Click on the settings/configure icon next to the template.
Schedule the Newsletter #
- Navigate to the Planning section.
- Configure the desired day and time for the newsletter to be sent.
- Ensure the schedule aligns with your intended communication plan.
Save the Configuration #
- Once you have set the desired schedule, click Save.
The email newsletter will now be sent automatically to the subscribers on your subscriber list at the time you have set.
