David Brittain is the director of the ActLife Haematology practice at NetCare Pretoria East and former chairperson of the South African Stem Cell Transplant Society (SASCeTS). He has a keen interest in expanding the frontiers of cell and gene therapy in South Africa. His areas of expertise include bone marrow transplantation and treatment of leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.
